### .NET

- Added `DoltHub.Doltlite`, integrating DoltLite with SQLitePCLRaw, `Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.Core`, EF Core, and Dapper.
- Added cross-platform packages and automated NuGet publishing.

### Installer

- The curl installer now installs `doltlite.h` without also installing the conflicting `sqlite3.h`.
